Tasting Notes: The deep red color is animated by ruby reflections. The bouquet is both intense and subtle, toasted and roasted at first, before opening with fine notes of cherry, blackberry, sweet spices, and vanilla. The attack on the palate is smooth and silky, a delicate prelude to a rich palate, full, dense, and lined with velvety tannins.
