Tasting Notes: Discrete lovely salmon color. Elegant, fresh, and pure nose (hint of cranberries, anise, and fennel). Round, supple, full-bodied, well-balanced, and aromatic mouth. The finish is voluptuous and slightly spicy aftertaste.

Wine pairings: Enjoy oysters, baked sea bass with fennel, eggplant lasagna, Mediterranean buffet, Caesar salad, stuffed vegetables, exotic dishes: Japanese sushi, Thai cuisine, Indian curries. It is also an excellent companion to start a meal, as it awakens the palate.
