Colour: Pale straw 

Bouquet: Lemon, lemon curd, lemon peel. Lemon marmalade. Maybe a hint of stone fruit, passion fruit, pineapple. 

Palate: Lemon, lemon peel, lemon marmalade. Underripe pineapple and passion fruit. Crisp and fresh, but with some underlying richness. Fresh lively citrusy acidity, and a touch of phenolics.
